dt33 Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use the dt33 platform. By creating an account, you warrant that you are aged 21 or above. dt33 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be immediately suspended, all funds will be returned to the deposit source (minus any winnings generated), and any bonuses awarded will be voided. dt33 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.

Geographic Eligibility

The dt33 platform is operated for use by players accessing from Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to ensure that online betting and casino gaming is permitted in your jurisdiction before creating an account. dt33 does not represent that its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law do so entirely at their own risk and responsibility. dt33 bears no liability for any legal consequences arising from use of the platform in a prohibited jurisdiction.

One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one dt33 account at any given time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, dt33 reserves the right to close all related accounts, void all bets and bonus awards associated with those accounts, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation. If you already hold a dt33 account that has been closed or suspended and you wish to appeal, you must contact support directly rather than creating a new account.

Account Credentials and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dt33 account username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party and must not allow any other person to access your account. All actions taken using your account credentials are your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally authorised those actions. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify dt33 support immediately. dt33 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

Account Verification (KYC)

dt33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including before processing withdrawal requests or as part of a routine account review. Verification documents may include a valid National ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. You must ensure that all information provided during registration and verification is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information during KYC verification constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Deposits

Deposits to your dt33 account may be made using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT. There is no maximum single deposit limit enforced by dt33, but your mobile money provider may impose their own transaction limits. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in the funds being returned and the account being flagged for review. dt33 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transfer charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be made to a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet registered in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time). dt33 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or withheld if there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity, if a KYC review is pending, or if a bonus wagering requirement has not been satisfied. Withdrawals to third-party wallets or bank accounts not belonging to the account holder are strictly prohibited.

Bonus Eligibility and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits offered by dt33 are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered on eligible games (sports betting markets and/or specified casino games as indicated in the specific promotion terms). Games with RTP above a specified threshold may be excluded from bonus wagering. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not count towards the rollover requirement and may result in the bonus being voided.

Bonus Abuse and Fraudulent Bonus Claims

dt33 employs active monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using technical exploits to generate artificial wins from bonus funds, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to neutralise risk (arbitrage or "bonus hunting"), or providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, dt33 reserves the right to void all bonuses awarded to the affected accounts, close those accounts, and withhold any associated withdrawals pending investigation. Legitimate bonus terms are not affected by this clause.

Bet Acceptance and Settlement

All bets placed on the dt33 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market, sport, or casino game. dt33 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet has been placed in error, where a technical fault affected the odds displayed, or where there is evidence that the bet was placed after an event outcome was already determined. Sports betting markets are settled according to official results as determined by the relevant governing body (ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, etc.). In the event of a dispute over settlement, dt33's decision is final subject to the formal dispute process described in Clause 8.

System Errors and Interrupted Games

In the event of a technical failure, server error, or connectivity interruption during a live casino game or sports betting session, dt33 will take reasonable steps to reconstruct the session from available logs and settle the bet or game round based on the reconstructed state. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected bet or game round will be voided and the wager refunded to the player's dt33 wallet. dt33 is not responsible for losses caused by the player's own internet connection failures, device failures, or any interruption on the player's side.

Prohibited Activities

Players must not engage in any of the following on the dt33 platform: (a) using automated bots, scripts, or other software to place bets or interact with games; (b) attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain; (c) engaging in match-fixing, insider trading, or any form of collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage; (d) using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund a dt33 account; (e) money laundering or using dt33 accounts for any financial transaction not directly related to genuine betting and gaming activity; (f) harassing, threatening, or abusing dt33 support staff or other users; (g) impersonating another player or dt33 employee. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately pending investigation, and all associated funds may be withheld.

Responsible Gaming Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all dt33 account holders: (a) Deposit Limits — set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon being lowered and require a cooling-off period before they can be raised; (b) Session Time Limits — set a maximum duration for each login session; (c) Cooling-Off Period — take a temporary break from gambling for a period of between 1 and 30 days. During a cooling-off period your account remains open but you cannot deposit or place bets; (d) Self-Exclusion — permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from dt33. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period and must be submitted by contacting dt33 support directly. dt33 will never contact a self-excluded player with marketing communications. For independent support, players are encouraged to seek help from responsible gambling organisations operating in Bangladesh.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dt33 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of funds resulting from a player's own error or negligence, including entering incorrect withdrawal wallet details; (b) losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials; (c) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the dt33 platform; (d) technical failures caused by third-party infrastructure outside dt33's control, including mobile network outages and payment processor downtimes. In all cases, dt33's total liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of funds held in that player's dt33 account at the time the claim arose.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, a bonus has been applied or removed in error, or a payment transaction has not been processed correctly, you must submit a formal dispute to dt33 support within 30 days of the event in question. Disputes submitted after this 30-day window may not be investigated. To submit a dispute, contact dt33 support via email at [email protected] with full details of the transaction or bet in question, including the relevant date, time (Bangladesh Standard Time), game or market name, and the amount involved. dt33 will acknowledge your dispute within 5 business days and provide a resolution within 14 business days of acknowledgement. dt33's final decision on a dispute is binding subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.

Notification of Changes

dt33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, dt33 will provide reasonable notice by displaying a notice on the platform or by notifying registered players via their registered contact details. Your continued use of the dt33 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the dt33 platform and may request withdrawal of any funds held in your account. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the dt33 website at /terms-conditions.
